Since their inception, history is replete with examples where an automobile has become synonymous with a moment in time. Whether it be JFK's trip through Dallas in his X-100 limousine or Pope John Paul II's ride through Rome in his Fiat Campagnola, these vehicles have taken their place in the annals of history, oftentimes becoming a shrine for the people they served. Many have become the subject of diecast replicas, making them important collectibles and historic icons in their own right.
