This series encompasses over 60 different models, some of which have been duplicated but clad in different liveries thus making them unique in their own right. Each introduction is produced in 1,002 piece lots and comes packaged in a handsome acrylic display case and etched display base. Best of all, each comes bundled with a numbered collector card, meaning they're available in very limited numbers.

The Dauntless was the standard shipborne dive-bomber of the US Navy from mid-1940 until November 1943, when the first Curtiss Helldivers arrived to replace it. Between 1942-43, the Dauntless was pressed into service again and again, seeing action in the Battle of the Coral Sea and the Guadalcanal campaign.
