The M1 Abrams was the next stage in American tank development after the M60 series. Chrysler completed the prototype in 1978 and the first production vehicles appeared in 1980 with 30 tanks a month being built in the years that followed by General Dynamics, then a division of Chrysler Motors. Its advanced Chobham armour makes the M1 the best protected US main battle tank yet devised.

The Afrika Korps was formed on February 19th, 1941, after the German Armed Forces High Command (OKW) had decided to send an expeditionary force to Libya to support the Italian army, which had been routed by an Allied counteroffensive, Operation Compass.

The B'omar patrol ship was a type of small starship used by the B'omar Sovereignty to guard B'omar space. It was armed with directed energy weapons and torpedoes, and protected by shields. Tactically, it was inferior to a Federation Class 2 shuttle.

The Batris was a Talarian freighter that was in service in the mid-24th century. In 2364, the Batris was commandeered by three renegade Klingons led by Commander Korris. The ship was tracked down in the Neutral Zone by the cruiser IKS T'Acog.

The USS Enterprise (NCC-1701-C) was a 24th century Federation Ambassador-class starship operated by Starfleet. This was the fourth Federation starship to bear the name Enterprise. In 2344, Captain Rachel Garrett was the commanding officer of this ship.

Tilly (from "Utility") was the name given to a number of British vehicles produced during the Second World War from civilian car designs. As an expediency British car manufacturers adapted civilian saloon designs to be fitted with a simple rear loading area to give the Car, Light Utility.

The USS Clarke (NCC-1661) was a Malachowski-class Federation starship operated by Starfleet during the mid-23rd century. It was destroyed in a battle against a Klingon fleet at the Battle of the Binary Stars in 2256.

The Ling-Temco-Vought A-7 Corsair II is a carrier-based subsonic light attack aircraft design that was introduced to replace the A-4 Skyhawk in US Naval service and based on the successful supersonic F-8 Crusader aircraft produced by Chance Vought.

The Grumman F4F Wildcat was the standard carrier-based fighter of the United States Navy for the first year and a half of World War II. An improved version built by General Motors (the General Motors FM Wildcat) remained in service throughout the war, on escort carriers where newer, larger and heavier fighters could not be used.

The Sukhoi Su-27 (NATO reporting name: Flanker; nicknamed "Sushka" in USSR) is a twin-engine supermaneuverable fighter aircraft designed by Sukhoi. It was intended as a direct competitor for the large United States fourth-generation fighters such as the Grumman F-14 Tomcat and F-15 Eagle, with 3,530-kilometre (1,910 nmi) range, heavy aircraft ordnance, sophisticated avionics and high maneuverability.

The Sukhoi Su-35 (NATO reporting name: Flanker-E) Also known as Super Flanker, is a designation for two separate, heavily upgraded derivatives of the Su-27 'Flanker'. They are single-seat, twin-engine, supermaneuverable multirole fighters, designed by Sukhoi and built by Komsomolsk-on-Amur Aircraft Production Association (KnAAPO).
