Returning an Item

If you would like to return an item, please contact us via any of the following methods listed below. Please note that you are responsible for paying the return postage. Requests for returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your parcel as determined by the tracking information. Once we receive your returned item(s), refunds are issued within seven (7) business days. Refunds are made based upon the way in which you paid for the item(s). In other words, if you pay by PayPal, a PayPal refund will be issued. Pay by credit card, and a credit refund will be made to your credit card account.

A 15% restock fee may be enforced if we feel that the customer is purchasing and returning merchandise in a haphazard fashion without any attempt towards actually keeping the item(s).

Please note that we do not offer replacement parts. We will refer you to the manufacturer who will be responsible for replacing any defective parts.
